Terms & Disclaimer

Last updated: 04 August 2026

Please take a moment to read this. It explains what Antelume is, what it isn’t, and the terms of using this website and its services. By using this site or booking a session, you’re agreeing to what’s below.

The important part first: what this work is, and isn’t

Hypnotherapy and the healing work offered through Antelume are complementary. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Sandeep is a certified clinical hypnotherapist. He is not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or licensed psychologist, and nothing on this site or in a session is medical or psychological treatment, or a diagnosis of any condition.

If you have a medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition, please consult a qualified professional as your first port of call. This work can sit alongside that care, but it does not replace it.

If you are in crisis, or you think you may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or your local emergency services right away. This website cannot help in an emergency.

Results

This work can be genuinely helpful, but people are different, and no honest practitioner can promise outcomes. Results vary from person to person, and no specific result, outcome, or timeline is promised or guaranteed. How much you get from the work depends in large part on your own openness and participation.

Where you see testimonials, reviews, or stories from people I’ve worked with, please treat them as individual experiences shared in good faith, not as a promise of what will happen for you. Results are personal and vary from person to person. Your own experience may be quite different from anything shown here.

A note on suitability and safety

This work isn’t right, or safe, for everyone, and being honest about that matters more than taking on every client.

Hypnotherapy and this kind of healing work are generally not suitable, without clearance and support from your treating medical or mental-health professional, if you are dealing with any of the following: a diagnosis such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or another severe mental illness; suicidal thoughts or self-harm; a psychotic condition; epilepsy or narcolepsy; alcohol or drug dependency or psychosis; a serious heart condition; or if you are currently taking psychiatric medication.

If any of that applies to you, please don’t book a session without first speaking to your doctor or mental-health professional. In many of these cases the right and caring thing is for you to be supported by a licensed medical or psychiatric professional, not by this work, and I will say so honestly rather than take you on.

Please share any relevant medical or mental-health history, and any medication you’re taking, before we begin, so we can make sure this is genuinely appropriate and safe for you. I reserve the right to decline or pause working together where I judge, in good faith, that it isn’t the right fit or isn’t in your best interest.

The website and its content

Everything written on this site and in the blog is shared for general, educational, and informational purposes only. It is offered in good faith and from personal and professional experience, but it is not advice for your specific situation, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Any action you take based on what you read here is your own responsibility.

The views shared here are Sandeep’s own. Content is provided “as is”, and while we try to keep everything accurate and working, we can’t guarantee the site will always be error-free or available.

Sessions, booking, and payment

•Sessions are offered online. You’re responsible for having a private, quiet space and a stable connection.

•Booking and payment details are confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling: You can reschedule or cancel up to 72 hours before your session. After that point, the session fee is non-refundable. If something serious comes up, talk to me, I’ll always try to be reasonable, but 72 hours is the general policy.

Confidentiality

What you share in a session is treated as confidential, within the limits of the law and of safety (for example, where there is a serious risk of harm). This will be explained to you as part of working together.

Your own responsibility

By using this site or booking a session, you acknowledge that you’re choosing to do so voluntarily, that this work is complementary and not medical treatment, and that you remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and health decisions. Any decisions you make based on the content here or in a session are made of your own free will.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antelume and Sandeep Kumar Sehgal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from any services offered, or from your reliance on any information provided here.

Using the site doesn’t make you a client

Reading this website, its blog, or any resource here does not by itself create a professional or therapeutic relationship between us. That relationship begins only when we’ve spoken, agreed to work together, and sorted out the practical arrangements. Nothing on this site is personal treatment or advice for your specific situation.

For adults

Services and content here are intended for adults (18 and over). If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian, who would need to consent to and be part of any work.

This website may link to other sites (for example, a booking tool, or somewhere I’ve found useful). Those sites aren’t run by me, and I’m not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. If you follow a link, it’s worth checking that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version here, with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

If part of this doesn’t hold

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be set aside and the rest of the terms will still apply.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or its services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
