About

I did everything right.

Engineering at NSIT, then an MBA at ISB, India's top business school. The kind of places you're supposed to feel lucky to get into. Then a job with the salary that makes people nod when you tell them, seven years of climbing, senior product roles. From the outside, I'd made it.

But my body had started keeping a different score. I wasn't sleeping properly. I was tired in a way rest didn't fix. And then one completely ordinary morning, with all of it in place, I couldn't get out of bed.

Nothing had gone wrong. Nothing was wrong, and I still couldn't move.

Not long after, I lost that job, and a good amount of money with it. I was supposed to be crushed. And under the part of me that knew that, there was something I didn't want to look at.

Relief. I actually felt lighter.

So I did the only thing I knew how to do with a feeling I couldn't explain. I went looking for something bigger. I left, started my own thing, told myself that on my own terms it would finally feel different.

It didn't. A few months in, there it was again. Same restlessness, same me, new logo.

That's when it landed. I never had a job problem. Whatever had been driving me all those years had come along for the ride, because it was never out there to begin with. It was in me.

It was never really about money or work. It was that no win ever actually landed. It went straight through me.

And it wasn't just the wins. I had genuinely lovely people around me. Family, friends, someone who loved me. And I couldn't feel any of it. It wasn't that the love wasn't there. It was. I just couldn't take it in. I was never still long enough, never convinced I'd earned it, so I kept chasing and told myself I'd let it all in later, once I'd finally arrived.

I'd spent my whole adult life trying to out-earn that feeling.

You can't. You don't fix it by doing more. You fix it by going back to where it started.

That's the work I do now.

With people who look a lot like I did. Doing well on paper. Quietly worn out underneath. Still half-expecting the next thing to be the one that finally makes them feel okay.

I'm Sandeep. Antelume is what came out the other side of this. If any of it felt a little too close, that's not an accident. It's who I made it for.

A bit about the training behind this.

I'm a certified clinical hypnotherapist, trained through the IMDHA-approved program at the Inner Journeys School of Soul Sciences, with IMDHA membership currently in progress. The work I do draws on inner child work, breathwork, shadow work, and parts therapy, alongside a meditation practice I've kept for over nine years.

Most of what I bring, though, came the long way round. The last few years I've done a lot of this work on myself, not as training, but because I needed it. It's what finally shifted things for me, and it's why I trust it enough to do it with other people. I don't work from a manual. I work from the road I've already walked.
